On October 25th, the World Pasta Day is celebrated all over the world, but above all the most famous and kind of plate: the spaghetti one!
Since 1995 the Italian Food Union and the International Pasta Organization brought together 40 pasta producers for the first world pasta congress; this year the day is dedicated to the less fortunate and is still active a social charity challenge with the hashtag #haveagoodpasta and #worldpastaday that sees everyone united to donate a plate of pasta.
Another initiative in which chefs, restaurateurs, food lovers but also beginners can participate is called "al Dente", all together to celebrate the week of the World Pasta Day and enjoy all the new recipes made by chefs from all over the world.
Who wants to participate can put a post on their social channel with the click of a plate of pasta prepared in a simple way and with seasonal ingredients with the hashtag "haveagoodpasta and then look at our new bolus for pasta to customize.
