Terms & Conditions

• Shapes: Custom orders are based on the shapes available in our shop
• Decorations: Our traditional Tuscan designs are used as a base. Custom decoration requests are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate them!
• Handmade nature: Every piece is crafted by hand by our artisans. As a result, slight variations in colour, glaze, and finish are to be expected — and embraced. These imperfections are not defects, but the hallmark of authentic handmade ceramics. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike.
