Shipping/Returns
We offer to our customer different kind of shipping cost that change with the dimension of the piece and the weight.
At the moment we have DHL courier and our shipment included the insurance.-
When you receive a package you need to check is the box is in perfect condition or if is dameged from outside and if you open and you find a broken piece you need to make a photo of the pachage and broken piece and sent by e mail to info@ceramichepontevecchio.com in a week-
We replace the pice for you , we need 3-4 week to replace the broken pice.
You need to save the packege if DHL courier decide to give a look , then when you receive the replacement you can trash it.-
